Is it really free to list items?
Yes. The Free Local tier has no monthly fee and no listing limits. You only pay the 8% transaction fee when a platform payment is completed successfully.
When do transaction fees apply?
Transaction fees apply only when payment is confirmed through the platform. If you arrange payment outside the platform, no fee is charged — though you lose the transaction confirmation and dispute support.
What is the $2.99 buyer protection fee?
It's a per-transaction fee charged to buyers on platform-paid transactions. It supports the reservation system, dispute handling, and transaction verification that protect both parties.
What happens if I exceed my listing limit?
You'll need to remove or archive existing listings before adding new ones, or upgrade to a higher tier for more capacity. Your existing listings stay active.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the lower transaction fee applies to all new transactions immediately. When you downgrade, listings beyond the new tier's limit will remain active until they sell or expire.
What are SMS and verification charges?
Paid tiers include a monthly allowance of SMS notifications and identity verification checks. Beyond the allowance, charges are $0.15 per SMS or verification check. Free tier users pay per use.
